As part of our efforts to further Open Access (OA) publishing efforts at UNC Charlotte, the Atkins Library Open Access & Scholarly Communications Committee published an Open Access Publishing whitepaper. This whitepaper briefly describes the current scholarly publishing landscape, outlines ways in which Atkins Library supports OA publishing, and includes evidence supporting an OA publishing mandate at UNC Charlotte.
